Rajasthan is a northern Indian state bordering Pakistan. Its palaces and forts are reminders of the many kingdoms that historically vied for the region. In its capital, Jaipur, are the 18th-century City Palace and Hawa Mahal, a former cloister for royal women, fronted by a 5-story sandstone screen. Amer Fort, atop a nearby hill, was built by a Rajput prince in the 1600s.It’s also a jumping-off point for paragliding, rafting and mountaineering in the Pir Panjal mountains, home to 4,000m-high Rohtang Pass.

Day 1: Arrival
On arrival at Udaipur airport/railway station, meet our local repse & transfer to hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight in Udaipur.
After breakfast in the morning enjoys a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. The city is built in 1559 A.D. by Maharaja Udai Singh and has been described as the most romantic spot on the continent of India by Col. James Todd. Visit the City Palace museum, the Jagdish Temple, Sahelion Ki Bari (Queen’s resort for their friends), Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (folk art museum) and the Pratap Memorial. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight in Udaipur.
After breakfast, drive to the blue city of Jodhpur in Rajasthan. Popularly known as the royal city of Rajasthan, Jodhpur is located on the edge of the Thar Desert and is dotted with a number of forts and palaces. On arrival, check into hotel. Spend the evening at leisure or visiting local markets. Stay overnight at the hotel in Jodhpur.
After Breakfast visit the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill. Within the fort, visit Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing marble cenotaph, built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II around 1899 and Umaid Public gardens. Return back to the Hotel & overnight stay at Jodhpur.
After breakfast, Drop at Jodhpur or Udaipur airport or railway station for onward journey.
